Our superior self catering studios on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border have been designed and furnished to a very high standard. They offer cosy comfort and privacy for a relaxing break amongst the ever evolving beauty of the National Forest.
Situated in the rural village of Coleorton and adjacent to the well established Lount Nature Reserve which offers on-the-doorstep walks for you and your canine partner the nearby towns of Ashby de la Zouch, Melbourne, Derby and Leicester are all within easy driving distance.
The first of our two studios, Draughtman's Corner is now available and perfect for weekend getaways or business trips.
The well equipped kitchen offers the choice of preparing your own meals or you can head out to one of the many nearby pubs and restaurants which serve all manner of wholesome fare.

Our Studio ...
Draughtman's Corner is our ground floor studio which sleeps a maximum of three.
There are two single beds which can be joined as a double plus a pull out guest bed.
There is a separate bathroom with heated towel rail and walk in shower.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hob.
A small lounge and dining area complete the living space whilst outside there is a private guest garden.

Draughtman's Corner
This is a ground floor studio which will sleep up to three. (Third on pull out guest bed).
All guests must be over 16 years as the accommodation isn't suitable for children.
COST:
£85 - £90 per night.
This is per room for two people.
Extra guest on pull out bed, £20
We take up to 2 well behaved dogs at £10 per stay, but please supply your own bowls, beds
and dog food!
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEDS OR FURNITURE!
The Luminaire
Our Victorian loft conversion sleeps two and features our wonderful starry ceiling bathroom.
COST:
£85 - £90 per night.
